Do I need to install anything?
No. Fincta runs in your desktop, mobile or tablet browser. Use the same account across your devices. The interface is available in English and Spanish.
Can I bring clients from Excel or another CRM?
Yes. Export your clients to a CSV file and import it into Fincta. This imports clients; it does not automatically transfer documents, properties or the complete history from another CRM.
What can each person in my agency see?
Directors and administrators have an overview of their agency. Agents work with their assigned portfolio and viewings. The privacy policy and data processing agreement are linked in the footer.
What happens on 1 February 2027?
The unlimited-access promotion ends. Agency plans and a Free plan are planned, with the Free plan limited to 1 agent, 12 clients and 7 properties. We do not ask for a card or activate a paid subscription now.
Can I export my clients or get help?
You can export your clients to CSV from My profile. For questions or suggestions, use the app's support section or email info@fincta.app.
